<p>I am also a student in the Diamond Approach which is a psycho-spiritual approach focusing on self reazliation through mediation, the process of inquiry, and the deepening understaiding of early psychological structures, their impact on our current experiences of life, our relationships, and our orientation to what it means to be a whole person.  Through deep inquiry into essential qualities such as strength, compassion, trust, will, to name but a few, we also come face to face with what limits our capacity to experience those qualities in a full bodied way.  The teachings from this approach, deeply inform my work as a therapist.  </p>
