I remember the evening meetings at Weight Watchers, clapping for all those who had made progress.  But the part I enjoyed most was when people brought different low point foods as snack ideas we could try.  They would hold up the food package for us to see.  They would pass around the package so we could read the nutrition information on the side panel.  Then the packages were placed on a cart for future reference.  But nobody had a "weight watchers point list," and when I went to the grocery store I could not remember all those different products.  I had recently created a website and I thought, "wouldn't it be fun to create a list that any of us could print out before we went grocery shopping?"  All us weight watchers were looking for low point snacks (we really would like 0 point weight watchers food--but they were all fresh vegetables, not prepared products).  1 point snacks got the big oohs and aahs, but delicious 2, 3, and 4 point snacks were appreciated.  So I put up these pages to help all of you looking for health snacks for weight loss.  But it is difficult to keep these pages current all by myself.  I welcome your help.  Tell me about other products you've found--(just products, not recipes please).
