What is this all about? My name is Floyd Else.  I joined to Tammy Rudnick's Weight Watchers group in Bellevue, Washington.  (Lost 49 pounds--and with the passage of time have found a couple.) 

The "one point snacks" listed on this page are products that group members brought to meetings to share with others in the group.  I started this list "1 point snack" list as my memory aid and to share with others on the web.  I suggest you print out the list and see if your grocer will mark the products that are carried in your favorite store.

It's difficult to maintain this by myself.  I welcome your help.  Thanks for emails from other knowledgeable " weight watching helpers."  (Their suggestions are indicated by a number inside brackets, for example: <14>.)   Tell me about other products you've found--(just products, not recipes please).

If your favorite one-point (2 point, 3 point or 4 point) products aren't here on these pages, please grab the packages, look at the "Nutrition Facts" information on the label and send me the information.  Tell me about the products you've found--(just products, NOT recipes please) and I'll add them to the list.
