Sarah Schmidt, MA, RC
(360)739-8783
103 E. Holly Street, Suite 410, Bellingham, WA 98225
Location: Corner of Holly and Cornwall in downtown Bellingham
General Practice Areas: Counseling for depression, anxiety,
co-dependence, relationship problems and stress management. Marriage and
couples counseling including issues of emotional, sexual, relationship or marriage
intimacy, sexual difficulties, communication and conflict management. My
goal is to help you bridge the gap between where you find yourself today and the
life you hope for. The counseling relationship provides a unique opportunity
to consider how you view yourself and others and then to further consider how
those beliefs influence your style of relating. Therefore, your therapy may
include exploring the dynamics of one's family of origin, self-esteem, history of
abuse or abandonment, boundaries within relationships and spiritual questions.
I work with adults and teenagers in individual, couple and group settings.
