General Practice Area: It is completely normal that life presents us with change and uncertainty. My focus is on natural healing through empowerment, understanding and self-regulation. I provide support for depression and grief, anxiety and perfectionism, trauma recovery, relational aggression and bullying, identity and confidence, role expectation and career development. Counseling services for individuals, couples, as well as education and advocacy groups available.
I have an interest in specific challenges for women and girls, including issues of confidence, identity, and relational well-being. Women are gifted at taking on the world, but often wind up taking a back-seat in their own life. I am committed to supporting your search for change and acceptance in your life.
