Horses are exquisitely sensitive to emotional energies in humans, and readily form a bond with humans who can get in touch with feelings and experience feelings in a healthy manner. Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy & Learning yields dramatic results for depression,anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and general issues of adjustment and life change, and it is a powerful avenue for personal and spiritual growth. We offer individual sessions for youth and adults, personal growth workshops and therapy groups, based on natural core principles of psychological wellness.
