Although I provide a list of techniques, my choice is to use a blend of most effective methods for you in each session. Modalities include Solution-focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Filial Play Therapy, and others . My counseling approach is highly collaborative, mindful, creative, and strength-based. I have specialized training in directive and non directive play therapy for children, as well as in conflict resolution.
