Counselor Question: I listed my practice on the TherapistUnlimited.com
several years ago. Now the listing is out of date and I want to change or delete the listing. But I can't get
TherapistUnlimited.com to do anything. I have emailed TherapistUnlimited.com numerous times; however,
TherapistUnlimited.com has not responded to any of my requests. Is there somewhere that I could mail a letter to the
webmaster of TherapistUnlimited.com, or call customer service on the telephone?
[Webmaster response]
When I first received this inquiry, I visited the TherapistUnlimited.com
online, found their listed email address and sent them an
email requesting information as to whether they were still in
operation.
I have not yet received
a response or acknowledgement from TherapistUnlimited.com.
Perhaps they just have an extreme backlog of emails to deal with and
we will hear back from them sooner or later.
In the meantime, I have
visited the TherapistUnlimited.com website and clicked around to
look at various pages and looked for other ways to reach them.
I was unable to find a Customer Service Department contact for
TherapistUnlimited.com. I could not find a
telephone listing or FAX number for for TherapistUnlimited.com.
Their "Advertising with
Therapist Unlimited" page had a link to a pdf file titled "View our
Media Kit." This leads to a form titled "TherapistUnlimited.com
Advertising Agreement" that a potential advertiser could print out
and mail in; however, there was no listed address to mail it to.
There is an automated
form for organizations to use to list themselves and a submit
button, but no way to know whether it works. As part of my
investigation, I went so far as to actually list
CounselingSeattle.com as an organization and went through the
automated charge process to pay to have CounselingSeattle.com
listed.
Now I will need to wait and check it out to see
whether the automated process will put the application through.
Perhaps this will give me a way to locate someone at TherapistUnlimited.com who is alive and breathing.
At this point, it
appears that TherapistUnlimited.com, exists to make money by displaying
Google ads
and other advertising for the viewers to click on. Listing individuals or
organizations appears to be just a way to get viewers for look at
the TherapistUnlimited.com search page results and display the
TherapistUnlimited.com Google ads for products and services.
If I am ever able to
obtain a working email address, telephone number, or mailing address
for TherapistUnlimited.com, I will post the information here.
