State's most effective client referral service to counselors,
therapists, and clinical social workers in private practice.
This site receives 45,000 to 65,000 thousand Unique Visitors (source: Google
Analytics) each month. Some visit more than once so there is an
even larger total of visits and many thousands more "page-views" (the
actual number of pages that visitors looked at usually runs between
95,000 and 130,000 page views a month).
Of these monthly visitors,
2,988 visited the counselor locator page and looked at it 3,399
times a month. Hundreds of others entered (via search engines) directly to the
specific counselor pages for specific cities. It's not surprising
that the page for Tacoma counselors averages about 6,000 page views a
year. The group therapy page gets over 11,000 page views a year!
Our webmaster is Floyd Else, a retired licensed mental health counselor
and chemical dependency professional with 18 years
of experience in individual and group therapy. The site,
www.CounselingSeattle.com,
was created in 1999 to help both the public/consumers and licensed counselors
throughout the State of Washington.
As webmaster of a prominent counseling site, Floyd defines his most
important job duty as
“helping counselors make money.” He help counselors in many ways, including
developing and maintaining a powerful
website that ranks high in search engine results, helping potential
clients find counselors and therapy groups.
How can a counselor advertise his therapy group or workshop? Fortunately, more and more people begin their search for
products and services on the internet and our task is to provide
inexpensive and highly effective advertising to you.
You do not need a
separate web site to benefit from the immediacy and impact of the Internet. All you need is a

Once you have reviewed this material and decided to place an
advertisement or to open an existing account and edit account
information or set up or edit an ad, go to the upper right hand
corner of the CounselingSeattle.com home page. Find the "Counselor
/ Advertiser log-in" link. Just click on
it to open your existing account or to create an account--and set
up, edit or cancel an advertisement.

Counselor Private Practice
Listings:
For a limited time, we are
offering a six month trial subscription for new counselor
advertisers. Cancel anytime during the trial period
without cost. If you wish to continue your listing, do
nothing, and you will be transitioned into our regular service.
A basic counselor listing is $8.98 each
month charged to your credit card from date of publication until the counselor listing is
cancelled. You can upload a photo of yourself
or link to your website. An email link will take potential
clients to a CounselingSeattle.com email form and forward the
person's inquiry along with their telephone number. A second
listing in another city is an additional $8.98. [Minimum
requirement to be listed is a masters degree, plus Washington State

credit card each month until the ad is cancelled by the advertiser.

Counselor Workshop Calendar was viewed over 7,500 times in
2010 by counselors, therapists, and social workers looking for
continuing education credits (CEU's).
