Privacy: Continuing to log-in will lead you to a secure site maintained for CounselingSeattle.com by Sedona Management in Bellevue, WA. The starting page on the secure site has (on the left) a place where new counselors/advertisers can sign in for the first time. [Security: please note that the URL seaintsol.com address in the top of the browser page should show a secure HTTPS address and a "padlock" icon on the right end of the address bar. Your personal information and credit card information is encrypted.] Be sure to keep a record of your user name and password.

[Account Set-up / New Client ] is for those counselors or other advertisers who are logging-in for the first time.

[Account Log In / Current Client ] is for those counselors or other advertisers who already have an existing account on CounselingSeattle.com who continue to use the same User Name and Password as before. Log-in, update "My Contact Information" and click the "Update" button. Under "My Services" find your existing ad and click on "edit." Make corrections as needed. Or choose a new type of ad from the menu. In either case, click "Continue" at the bottom of each page to the credit card information (or debit card information, if the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo) can only be added after all the listing information has been reviewed and verified. Then click on "Finish/Submit."

Multiple types of listings can be completed in the log-in process: counselor listing, therapy group listing, counselor training presentations, or counseling office space for rent.

Qualified counselors can also apply for 1. a free listing as a Crime Victim Compensation Program (CVCP) Mental Health Provider, 2. a free listing as an Approved Supervisor, or 3. a free listing on the list of Counselors Who are Fluent in a Foreign Language (ASL--American Sign Language--is included in this category). Credit card or debit card information is not requested for these types of listings.

Note: in the instructions below, we have used a "therapy group advertisement" as an example. The process of creating an ad, editing or canceling, is essentially the same for any of the other types of advertisements.

Create Listing: Just follow the normal log in procedure (see top of page) with your user name and password. Review or add required information in the "My Account Information." Further down the page, under the heading "My Services" click on the drop-down menu and select the type of advertisement you want to create by clicking on it. This will open up pages where you can enter the essential information for your ad.

For most listing services, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Then click on "Finish/Submit" to complete the transaction. It will normally take 3 to 5 working days for your listing to appear, depending on the volume of changes taking place.

Edit a Listing: Log in to CounselingSeattle.com with your user name and password. Under the section "My Services" find your existing "Therapy Group Advertisement." In the right hand "Action" column, click on the word "edit." This will open up the information on file for your advertisement. Make editing changes. Click on "continue" at the bottom of the page. On the credit card information page, just click on "Finish/Submit. There is no additional cost to edit your listing. [Changes are not displayed instantaneously. It will normally take 3 to 5 working days before your listing will appear, depending on the volume of changes taking place.]

Cancel a Listing: Log in to CounselingSeattle.com with your user name and password. Under the section "My Services" find your existing "Therapy Group Advertisement." In the right hand column, click on the word "Cancel." You will receive an immediate message at the top of the page announcing the service has been cancelled. The cancellation is immediate, but it may take 3 to 5 working days for your listing to be removed, depending on the volume of changes taking place. There is no charge to cancel an advertisement--(an unnecessary clarification to an unasked question.) You may be asked to complete a short survey about your experience.

Change or update Credit Card information: Log in to CounselingSeattle.com with your user name and password. Under the section "My Services" find your existing "Therapy Group Advertisement." In the right hand "Action" column, click on the words "update credit card." This will open up the information on file for your ad. Enter changed information: new card number, if applicable, and the new expiration date. On the bottom of the credit card information page, click on "Finish/Submit.
