What is this all about? My name is Floyd Else.
I joined to Tammy Rudnick's Weight Watchers™ group in Bellevue, Washington. (Lost 49 pounds--and with the passage of time
have gained a few back.)
The "one
point snacks" listed on this page are products that group members brought
to meetings to share with others in the group. I started this list "1 point
snack" list as my memory aid and to share with others on the web. I
suggest you print out the list and see if your grocer will mark the
products that are carried in your favorite store.
It's difficult to maintain these pages by myself. I welcome your help. Thanks for emails from other
knowledgeable " weight watching helpers."
