Location: My office is Main Street, in downtown Bothell, in the Main Building, just east of the junction of Highways 522 and 527. Parking is behind the building, facing onto NE 183rd St., one block north of Main Street.

In individual therapy, through guided focusing within, you have my support as you clarify your goals, explore options for reaching them, and attend to possible obstacles, such as anxiety, uncertainty, overwhelm, depression, unresolved grief or past trauma that seem to block you from achieving those goals.
