My approach is designed to help clients escape the shame that feeds addictions. I also work with the spouses or partners of individuals with sexual addictions, since this is critical to the recovery process. I offer services through individual and family therapy, as well as through group therapy and education specifically designed to treat unhealthy sexual behavior. I am affiliated with LifeSTAR Network Washington, which is recognized in various states for the effective treatment of sexually compulsive behaviors.

I have training as a Marriage and Family therapist, and am experienced helping families and individuals with a variety of issues within the dynamics that occur in family systems. My main focus is helping clients find relief from shame, poor self-worth, and loss of self-respect that comes from behaviors, especially sexual compulsions. All individuals have worth and much dysfunction and addiction comes from faulty core beliefs about identity and relationships.
