City of Mount Vernon 98273, 98274: with a population of 29,000, is the home of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and Skagit Valley Community College.

City of Anacortes 98221, 98222: For over 10,000 years people have lived in the Fidalgo and Guemes Island areas. The most recent native peoples to arrive are the Samish and the Swinomish tribes. Anacortes is a city on Fidalgo Island, easternmost of the San Juan Islands and departure point for the Washington State Ferry Terminal that serves the rest of San Juans and Sidney-Victoria, British Columbia.  Fidalgo, the “drive-to” island, is accessible by bridges from the east and from Whidbey Island to the south.

City of Burlington 98233: Burlington is physically divided into quarters by the Burlington Northern Railway and Interstate I-5. It has a agricultural and broad manufacturing base and has established itself as a retail center--drawing shoppers from Seattle to Canada with with a number of large and small mall complexes.  

City of Sedro Woolley 98284: located on the western edge of the Cascade Mountain range in Northwest Washington State, on Highway 20, along the banks of the Skagit River.

Town of Concrete 98237: located in the northeastern part of Skagit County, Washington.

Town of La Conner 98257: has a population of less than 900 people. Situated on the delta near the mouth of the Skagit River, La Conner was founded in the early 1860's and is Skagit County's oldest community--first settled by non-natives just after the Civil War.  In the 1940's, artists settled in the area, enjoying the unique light and inspiration from nature.  For the tourist, it is a great place to watch the waterfront or enjoy fine restaurants, inns and bed & breakfasts, browse through interesting shops and art galleries.
