However, depression itself can make the chronic pain symptoms worse. Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Bipolar Disorder Screening Tool The Depression Calculator--Productivity Impact Model--[not for clients, but for employers] is a tool that allows employers to estimate the cost and productivity impact they will receive if they provide treatment options to employees who are depressed. Employers enter the company's size, type of industry, location and the age and gender breakdown, and the model estimates the prevalence of depression in their company. The model graphically presents annualized estimates of absenteeism, replacement costs and direct medical costs due to depression. Finally, the model estimates rates of depression diagnosis, rates successful treatment, and treatment costs to estimate the overall savings for the company. Second example: The same process as above, but using the search words "therapist Tacoma Washington" brings up different jobs for occupational therapist and physical therapists. |
