It."
Our speaker this month is Joanna White-Wolff, LMHC, MFT,
Breathworker.
This experiential presentation will provide you with tools and
information for your, and your clients, own improved self-care.
Breathing consciously is essential to vibrant health, spiritual
centeredness and emotional and spiritual growth. Breath
means Spirit.
This training will give you practical advice and help you to
learn how to detox, relax, revitalize and tap into Universal
Knowledge and Love.
You will come away with an understanding of how and why this
simple technique will save your life and put you on the road to
a more fulfilling future.
M. Joanna White-Wolff, LMHC, MFT, Breathworker, has a private
practice counseling couples and families.
Ms. White-Wolff received her MA in Couples and Family Therapy
from Antioch University. Complete Conscious Breathing training
by Seth Bartlett and holds sveral other professional
certifications.
She started her business, Breathworks Unlimited, in 1993 and
serves as its President and CEO. Ms. White-Wolff
also works at Good Sam Behavioral Health as a PASARR Evaluator.
Come meet Joanna White-Wolff and learn how to use this
empowering technique to alter your mood state.

Pierce County Counselors Association meets the third Friday of every month (except July, August
and December). We are dedicated to fostering community, building alliances and providing resources
for Pierce County’s mental health and allied professionals.
