She provides counseling for children, adolescents, individual adult men and women, couples counseling and marriage counseling. She does depression counseling, anxiety counseling, bereavement and grief counseling, and counseling for relationship problems such as separation and divorce, the child and divorce, marital conflict, domestic abuse, and domestic violence. Dr. Lanthorn also does counseling for a variety of other issues such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), childhood sexual abuse, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and offers family therapy dealing with child behavior and parenting skills to help achieve a happy, healthy family. Dr. Lanthorn has experience working with the gay and lesbian (GLBTQ) community. She also provides counseling services in Spanish and has extensive experience working with the Latino community. She is a child mental health specialist and a minority mental health specialist (Latino). Her counseling techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Brief Therapy--with a dash of humor. Dr. Lanthorn is a preferred provider with BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, First Choice Health, Group Health Options, HMA, LifeWise, and Uniform Medical Plan. She enjoys her work with attorney and court referrals that deal with forensic evaluations, forensic mental health and forensic psychology issues, and giving expert testimony. Nation. The Yakama Indian Reservation is located to the south and southeast of the city of Yakima. Because of the sunny climate relative
