General Practice Area: I work with all ages. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I help folks with issues including depression, family of origin including physical and sexual abuse,parenting skills, anger management and whatever may be keeping you from enjoying life to the best of your ability.
I use a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy which is really looking at how our thinking effects our behavior. I also utilize DBT skills which is learning how to regulate our emotions. Last but not least I like to incorporate motivational interviewing which is keeping the focus on you versus lecturing.
I believe in teamwork and that is how I approach working with folks. We each need to do our part to help ensure that you get the most out of your therapy experience.

Stevenson, Washington , incorporated December 16, 1907, is the county seat of Skamania County, Washington State, and home to the Columbia Gorge Interpretive
Center which tells the stories of several tribes that were once located near the Columbia
River, and the Bridge of the Gods connecting Oregon and Washington over the Columbia River Gorge.
Skamania County Washington is located south of Lewis County and north of the Columbia River. 90% of Skamania County is forest land
