Location: I have a warm and comfortable office located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful historic building which is on the corner of First Avenue and Avenue A. There is easy access from both Highway 9 and 2 and ample street parking.
General Practice Area: I offer a free initial consultation as well as sliding fee rates and have evening appointments. I am a believer in the individual's ability to heal and live a healthy and amazing life. I have been working as a counselor with both individuals and couples for over 10 years and have extensive experience in the areas of childhood abuse, relationship issues, depression, trauma, anxiety, and personal growth. The client/therapist relationship is one of trust and communication while utilizing inner resources, which individuals and couples may not know they already have. I use behaviorial techniques focusing on client experiences and am trained as a psychodrama therapist. My approach to therapy includes compassion, humor, responsibility, and empathy.
