As a relational psychotherapist, I draw upon a psychodynamic perspective and the concept of establishing a secure and safe environment to help one discover one's greatest fears and deepest desires. Feeling safe and secure enables one to better tolerate painful matters of life. My style is relational in nature and my therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic, family systems, and existential thinking. My areas of focus include relational struggles, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, grief/loss and spiritual formation.
