FEEDBACK INFORMATION

Professional colleagues and members of the public--thank you for your feedback.  It can be difficult and time-consuming to track down and identify the meaning of a set of initials or an acronym or the ingredients in a product. It is extremely helpful that you can provide some information.

1.  Looking for an initial or acronym that isn't there?  Please provide as much information as possible.  Where did you see these initials?  (For example, if a counselor using the initials, can you provide the name and city in which s/he is located?  Many acronyms are used only in certain states.) 

Read it in the newspaper?  What was the article about?  What was the name of the newspaper and city and state where it is published.)  The geographic location is often key to identifying an acronym. 

2.  Have an acronym you would like to suggest that we add to our dictionary?  Please tell us what it is and who uses it.  Remember, these are acronyms related to the counseling field.  If the initials stand for a professional certification, please tell us the name, address, and telephone number (email if known) of the certifying agency.  

3.  Do you want to help with a 1, 2, 3, or 4 point snack suggestion?  Please include:

(a.) your name, city and state;
(b.) the complete name of the product and
(c.) information about the product--
      (1) serving size
      (2) grams of fiber
      (3) calories per serving and
      (4) grams of fat.
